I am trying to insert a curtainwall door and I get this error

"Some or all of the families are not of the category component. Do you want to retry loading a new set of files?"

How do I resolve this?

Curtain Wall "doors" are actually curtain panel families and don't get placed via the door button/command. You have to select a panel in a curtain wall and then choose a new curtain panel "door" from the Type Selector.

Would really appreciate it. I have a deadline and lost too many hours and not being to move forward.

Hi,

Put the mouse cursor very close the panel and hit the tab button of keyboard until you select the panel.

Then from type selector select the curtain wall door.
