Human figures swimming and lying down

I am trying to find a human figure of a person lying down on a massage table, and a human figure swimming, ( for section view), but I can't seem to find any that I can use for my project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sharing these links with me! Do you know if there is something that is already in a Revit file? because the swimming ones you sent, I have to pay for.

No I don;t have any. You can just snap a screenshot and trace it in CAD or Revit detail family. They look utterly simple.

Expand your keywords search to include AutoCAD and Sketchup. Both file formats will import into Revit.  Now, Sketchup may need to be brought into Revit via AutoCAD, but it's an easy process using free AutoCAD add-in called Import SKP File.  If all else fails, import an Image of a swimmer into Revit, scale it and trace it

Just traced this silhouette as a filled region in Revit from a image.  Couple minutes of work. Trick is to turn Snaps off and just follow the pixels.

Just download these font and install it to your computer. Use Model text and choose this font as your style. Next you type in any alphabet to get the human figures to show up the way you wanted.

All the time. It is great if you want to do hidden line rendering with these human figures populate at the background. Smiley Happy
