How to turn thin lines off for a particular view

is there a way to turn thin lines on/off for a particular view without affecting the whole project??  As far as i know when i turn on/off thin lines , it changes in the whole project

Interesting question. I'm wondering why though?  For Batch Printing maybe? I mean, you could employ View Overrides.  No?

Thin lines only affect on screen display. Do you want to print a certain view with thin lines only?

Correct.

You might be able to get the same graphic state with creative use of temporary view overrides and view templates. But, as stated already, thin lines is only for screen display. Wondering what the true objective is if something other than screen display.

yes , for batch printing the sheets and view....and i think i got the answer as thin lines only affects the  display and when printing it,the outputs are as the actual line weiights . But sometimes i want tthe thin line effects without having to modify the default line weights and overrides

actualy wanted the thin line effect in some of the views while batch printing without having to adjust/change the default line weights or overriding it

Well then, the remedy is easy. Open VGOs of the Sheet Views, Expand All, Select All and then change the Line Weight to #1 for all the Categories simultaneously.  Make a "Thin Lines" View Templates  with these settings and apply to any Views that require Thin Lines print output.

In this case, it is not a workaround. It's using the right tool for the job. We are talking about printing. Thin lines is not a print setting. There are a number of tools made to accomplish what you want. None of them workarounds.
