How to show a 3D revit model on your website?

Hi,

I work for Scantech International and we have just carried out a 3D laser survey of Anderton Boat Lift in the UK and created a BIM LOD4 Revit Model.

I would like to try and get the Revit model on our website as a 3D viewer. Is there any website that allows you to do this for free?

Here is the case study and images of the 3D Revit model, we will be uploading a video to the website shortly too. However, we do believe a 3D model viewer on the website will look better for future clients.

Hi Jonathan,

you could upload your Model in Autodesk Viewer for free, But Firstly you should have an Autodesk Account to carry on this one.

Later once you have uploaded the the model you required can be shared easily with options, By this way you can show on your website pasting the 3D snap and the Share Link below the image ,so who ever vies can see your 3D model.

Another solution might be to provide a download link to a 3D PDF file, which the end user can then view locally with regular Acrobat Reader or Acrobat. See www.3dpdfmaker.com for versions for Revit, Inventor, etc. About $800 per seat, cheaper in quantity.
