Accessing BIM Object

I'm having issues opening or accessing my BIM object file through Revit 2020. Moreover, the BIM Object app is not accessible from my file explorer despite having finished its download.

Try to contact BIM Object (bimobject.com). If there are issues they should solve this. Autodesk has no control over this
