i have a lot of internal elevations, and i need to set the level symbol distance from the view crop automatically so i don't have to set them individually.

i mean that it is automatically created like attached

i need it to be created extended out of the view

I dont beleive it is possible to get the result you want.

how is Revit going to know where to place the level heads?

each new section or elevation will need adjustments of some kind

it relates to the Size of your Elevation area see grips in the image.

Elevation Box.PNG

if you dont need the level heads displaying on both sides you can cut your adjustments in half

Hello @RKS_PRECISION

Its already existed but because you crop specific area from elevation you can't see level symbol ,to fix that, just expand your crop box so that you can see levels when it appear drag it to your small elevation scene

It is hard-coded into the program.  The default distance from the edge of the viewport to the end of a level line is 25.6 mm or a tad over 1" unless you deliberately grip stretch it afterward.
