Thanks for getting with me. I've been told to do this directions to get to download the "acoustic file ceiling" for my exercise in Revit in the Revit 2020 book pg. 9-19. Apparently, I don't have the "acoustic tile ceiling" in my family file in Revit, so I was trying to download and it wasn't downloading at all. Then one tells me not to do it that way, told me to do the different way was to use the option that says, add.rfa file to sip cart". which I did and then went to the upper right of the page in the right hand column, into the zip cart, and then download. So I got the download to a "pat.file" but is this the way to go? How I do change that back to the rfa file? and and do the loading in the family file...?
