How to rotate assembly view without rotating title.

This following precast element I want to show as highlighted in Assembly views.

But due to its orientation in layout its shownup in view in this orientation. There is an option to rotate this view. but if I rotate using this option, it gets rotated along with title (as shown in 2nd image). 

Is there any solution for this?

Try to rotate the view crop itself (in the view) or use a scope box (I'm not sure using a scope box is possible in Assemblies).

Rotate the crop view ...make sure that the rotate tool option copy is unchecked
