How to replicate this particular section

Hi all. I’ve been struggling to incorporate this look into my current project. As you can see the triple window is quite set back, creating a sort of overhang. I’ve seen this look before and I love the aesthetic appeal.

I’m unable to create in Revit. Any help is appreciated. Also, does anyone know if this has a particular name architecturally?

Where are you struggling exactly? 

I would call it a "Granny Flat".  But that's me.

As I see it, it is basically a regular (curtain) wall set back further inside

I'm struggling with actually drawing it. I don't know how to draw a regular wall then have another section of the same wall set back
