How to reload automatically a family to multiple files

Hi Community,

I'm struggling with some Links I have inside a Main Model. The problem is that when I modify a Family inside one of the Linked RVT files, I have to reload the Family to the other linked RVT files, and then reload them in the main model.
So my question is how to modify a family inside a link and automatically get replaced inside all of the other links. Is there a possible way of doing that or I should try another workflow? I was thinking in working with Groups, but I don't like them, they frequently crash, especially when is something hosted to something outside the group. I leave an Image of my ideal Workflow so you can leave your opinion.
So If someone has an answer or a Workflow opinion. Thanks for sharing!

Files need to be opened so that you can load in them the new version of the family. I don´t think there is another way. Maybe you can have all files opened at the same time, and from the family do "Load into Project and Close" and select all files from the list.

How would your workflow be if you had to design a complex of apartments with 15 different unit types that are repeated in various locations and sometimes mirrored? In total, totaling 80 units. I'm trying to find the best way to do that. Thanks, Alfredo!

One way could be this: have one model where you generate all the layouts of all the rooms. Then you don´t have to insert new families in multiple files. From this model you can generate groups. Then you can convert groups into links, without losing the group. If you need to add something later to the group, a new family for example, you can edit the group and convert it to a link again, overriding the previous version.
