How to reload all pages from PDF at once

We import several pages from PDFs into Revit onto sheets. We do this for several purposes, but I'll use the Title 24 Certificate of Compliance as an example. 

So say I've imported all 9 pages from a Title 24 PDF onto a sheet in Revit, and then the Title 24 report is revised and I need to relink all 9 pages from the new PDF (with the same name, same page bookmarks, etc., just the content is revised). Is there a way to 'reload' all pages at once rather than clicking each individual instance and using 'reload from'? Sometimes we have a lot more than 9 linked and it becomes tedious.

Don't change the pdf file name then only need to Reload, no need to Reload From.

That's a good idea, but unfortunately, the way we have our file system set up doesn't mesh well with that. We keep track of all documents in dated folders, so while the name of the PDF doesn't change, it's in a different folder with the date it was received. With that in mind, is there a way to rerout Revit to a different folder?

Can't you CTRL select multiple Links and "batch" Reload (e.g. press Reload once)?

I can "reload" several at once, but I can't "reload from" several at once. As soon as I ctrl + click multiple, the "reload from" option grays out.

It's time to revise your standards.  The active working file should be in its own folder and the name never changes.  Keep dated folders for archiving.

Or you can keep both, keep the latest folder with date, copy the latest content to a working folder that will be used to link in revit.

Even if I agreed with you, my firm's standards aren't within my control. If the answer to my question is "it's not possible" then that's fine, but I'm not able to rewrite my company's file system. Mostly looking for workarounds or tips considering my current situation rather than "It's time to revise your standards." Thanks though

If you insist you can invest in learning Dynamo to take care of that task
to conform with your firm's standards.

With that said, everything evolves. Firms standards included.

It seems that my firm's file structure may not be conducive to this problem, but it seems like a simple feature that shouldn't require dynamo or a rework of our file structure. I've seen in another thread that the plugin autoimportcad can do something similar, but it's a paid service, so I'm guessing it's just not possible in native Revit. Does anyone else have a workaround that won't make me go tell my firm that they need to rework everything or pay for/learn a new software 😂
