How to merge multiple rows or columns in a panel schedule template

Is there any way to merge multiple columns and rows in a Panel schedule template. Here's a customized template that I'm trying to create for Panel Schedule. Its design is slightly complicated, I would need the ability to merge column, row and probably cell

In the above image, there are two arrows, the first arrow is pointed towards 'Connected Load' where I think I'd either need to merge column or split multiple columns from a single column. And another arrow is pointed towards 'Ratings of Incommers' where I believe I would need to merge rows.

I'm not sure what would be the best way to achieve the above format for the panel schedule template, I would really appreciate if someone could provide any help. Thank you

You can group header rows, select all cells that are involved and choose for 'group'.

Unfortunately, the rest of your scheme cannot be replicated in native Revit.
