Well, my file is Structure so I didnt draw any Rebar. anw, thank you for your support.
What is your screenshot showing that you want to show. I thought it was rebar. Guess not.

Honestly then, the View looks corrupted. It happens sometimes. Did you try recreating the View? Also, are you aware that Ambient Shadows are turned on? If the "issue" is persistent, maybe your Graphic Card is the culprit. Turn Hardware Acceleration off.
