How to make wall and column hath pattern appear in realistic veiw ?

Since in plans the walls and column cutting in section,I want to them to show hatch pattern but these hath patterns won't show up in realistic views.

I don't want to to switch to other views where hatch shows up (consistent color,shaded ect) because I only want the walls and columns to show hatch patterns.

You can do this by overlaying one view over the other on a sheet.

How do you overlay views?

Duplicate your view.  Set the first as realistic, and the second as Hidden line.  On a sheet, place one view on top of the other - they should snap to the same position.
