How to make section name appear top not bottom?

The name of section appears at bottom but I'd like to figure out how to make it appear at top. Thanks

Just click (once) on the view (ie the section in this case) on the sheet- to select it. And with it selected, you can now drag the name (called the "View Title") up to the position you want.

That's what I am usually doing and that takes extra unnecessery time. I was thinking how to make is a defualt when click it shows on top not bottom

Would love to be proved wrong- but I think it's position is hard-coded in.

@martins.logins2  you need to move manually. There is other no others shartcut for this task. It's Revit API limitation.
