How to make roof trusses

How can i model roof trusses with
revit architecture

There are a few truss families in the software library and several on the
Internet.

The truss family is only the chords and knots. Nested in the truss there's
a family of a beam, and you may change it as you like.

1. Can you specify what type of roof do you have;
2. Did you already model it? Did you use Roof tool or did you use Massing/Extrusion?
3. What kind of Trusses do you want to creat? Wood? Metal?
4. How complex is it? An Add-in to revit might ease your task a lot
