Is there a way to illustrate the path of the walkthrough?

Hi @arkitek2ss

Based on recent feedback, this might be possible. Try posting on the Revit API and dynamo forum for further feedback.

Also, can you share a file and a rough sketch of the path illustration you want to achieve?

I'm hoping to get some help on this one from a dynamo specialist, so I wanted to ask if you have experience working with Dynamo?

Regards,

@Viveka_CD,  not at all familiar with Revit API.  I have toyed with Dynamo but screwed things up.

as far as a sketch, I'd be happy if it shows the same info as the actual walkthrough path (green path shown earlier).

I'm working with Revit 2018.3.1 with Dynamo 1.3.3

Thank you ALL for helping/commenting/etc a head of time.

Thank you!

Howard

@arkitek2ss

Thanks for responding!

No worries! Smiley Happy trying is the first step.

Can you send across a model to test? The dynamo specialist has requested one and a few screenshots of the path will also help.

Regards,

Hi @arkitek2ss

I'm checking back to see if you had a chance to send us a model to test?

is there a better way when playing/editing a walkthrough to pause instead of 'esc' or 'cancel' and then go to that frame where one would pause?
