How to hide the line between 2 different joining wall types in Elevation?

My Exterior wall is trimmed to the shape of the roof and then I have added just bricks on top of that to create this square-ish shape which transcends from the top of the exterior wall to the stepped brick garden wall. There is a line which represents this transition of wall type.  I do not want the line there in my elevation? I tried to use the join tool, it makes the transition smooth in 3D view but in my elevation the line is there as clear as day. Show edges in graphic display options doesn't work in this case as I am working in style hidden line. Any ideas?

Switch the Join Order.

If there is an edge protruding slightly, you could use the Linework (LW) tool and change the linework to "Invisible".

Thank you, it worked as a quick fix and now looks a lot more visually appropriate for submission!

The reason I say quick fix is because it did create a bit of problems with the way my brick work looks, but it isn't too bad or noticeable.
