How to draw with more decimal angle precision in Revit?

I got stuck on what I thought would have been an easy task: How to draw with more decimal-angle precision in Revit.

In AutoCAD I just set the AUPREC variable to, for example 2, and that is then my precision:

But I have tried a lot of settings here and I can't figure out how it should be done:

I would have thought that would have given me a precision down to three decimals when drawing, but something is not working out for me as it always drawing with a 1-degree precision:

If I press Tab then something happens, but doesn't get me further than some seemingly random angle:

Draw it "close" at first and then go back and select the element. Now use the temporary dimensions displayed to enter a more precise angle if need be.

Snap settings....you can add more increments for Angles there.   1.00° is the lowest on mine but you can always add .01 if you wanted, but you would probably want to have a high dpi mouse for that.
