How to draw/show a tiered (multi-level) deck w/custom railing?

Several ways:

1. You can use a Beam System
2. You can use a Curtain Roof
3. You can use a Mass with divided surface + a Pattern based Panel consisting of extrusions
4. You can use a Mass with divided surface + nodes + adaptive components

For what you have in that image options 1 and 2 should work fine
