Hello,
I am a new user on Revit 2020. I am trying to get Roombook to work. But it always launches an alert stating that families are missing. We just re-installed and it still gives problems upon most commands. Which families exactly is it missing?
I notice that the version just installed is build 1104 (2018).
If I use the extension on a new project there are no problems but some conversion is performed from 2018 to 2020.
The paths in Options > File Locations > Places are set and point to the hopefully proper folders in US Imperial (is that even right, and if yes, why US?)
Thank you for your help.

In windows explorer, GO to the folder location which you see there under option and make sure it is actually there...and the families are therein

Since the issue was clearly file based -a new project file would not display it, I tried this:
Now I have more questions: I wish to adapt the calculations to the Swiss environment: from DIN 277 to SIA 416 (2003).
The SIA 416 is somewhat between the DIN 277 (1987) and (2016). I would need to:
How do the Swiss colleagues do this? Do you use this extension? Can I simply rename the labels? As I said, I just began with Revit some weeks ago.
Thank you
