How to delete items under Properties ?

So I created items under Properties, either by remaining or duplicating. But how can I delete the items created? In this case I rename a monolithic stair as shown in the attachment. Please let me know how can I delete these Items. Thanks

Purge Unused. 

Manage tab.

But that only hides them is there a way to delete them?

Ah I see and for example, I rename some items under the properties how can I reset the setting for Properties so it contains the original names when you started the project.

Undo or rename them back.

If you delete a Default Type mistakenly, don't fret. You can always use Transfer Project Standards at any time to transfer a Default Type from a New Project.
