How to delete ceiling my ceiling in Revit 2021?

Hey Guys

I want to delete my ceilings in Revit 2021. Please help me.

If they are in the main model,

1. make sure they are not pinned
2. make sure they are not on a locked workset
3. Make sure it is not a ceiling element from a linked model
4. Then Select the Ceiling and hit Delete!!

Otherwise, the least you can do is Select the ceiling element >> take a screenshot and post it so that one can see what is happening at your end

What exactly is preventing you from deleting them?

I open my 3D model view and used a section box (found in properties panel) and crop the veiw near the celing then you can select it and deleted it. Still the ceiling is showing up.
