How to cut edge and corner column capitals - irregular slab shape

I did found this solution, but it only works if drop panels edge is parallel to slab edge like columns marked with green. When it comes to the red ones, I have not found any solution. If we only have drop panels, we can make another slab with increased thickness, but that also wont work if we need capitals. Any workarounds?

It works the same... place the face based void on the top horizontal face of the cap instead of the lateral side

Why don't you create custom-shaped types?  You could create these "types" through a parametric family.
