how to create fill pattern of grass or landscape?

Here is a free PAT from the Pattycake Library. You can Edit > Bake --- then Edit > Scale to change density a bit (All with a free account). There are a couple other ones similar, search "grass" in the Pattycake Library.

You can also create your own pattern (same version, just aligned) in the drawing canvas. You can draw up to three lines for free.

Don't you have AutoCAD? If so, Open the acad.pat file in Notepad, Copy the "GRASS" definition to a New session of Notepad, Save as .pat file and use this .pat file to create a new, custom Fill Pattern in Revit (Manage Tab=>Additional Settings).
