Hi guys, how to create connections between pad foundations and beam like that? Is there any way to do that or I just need to model something and put into project?

A straight conection would not work, but what about using Component Model in Place - Generic Model instead - it will allow Join Geometry.
That , if we are speaking about a concrete beam.
If you want to use a timber beam , then it will be better to use a steel conector ( a Family object)
