My way in doing these elements is using Roof by Extrusion and walls as helpers for beams and purlins :

  1. In a floor plane draw a vertical Reference Plane and name it , so to can be used as Work Plane
  2. In an Elevation View , paralel with the Reference Plane created in step 1 , make a Roof by Extrusion, drawing an open curved profile - adjust the length of the extrusion
  3. in the Level below the Roof , draw walls at a distance you want to place the curved beams ( you can use array in order to be able to play with the distances) - these walls are use only as helpers and can be later errased.
  4. attach the walls to Roof : select wall >Attach Top/Base - attach Top....
  5. create curved Beams: Structure > Beam (Load one if it is not already loaded)> activate 3D Snapping and Pick Lines  - pick on the curved intersection line between the wall and the roof underside
  6. as for the purlins , use Structure > Beam System > check in Properties >Costraints >3D and Pick Supports -pick the curved Beams made in step 5
  7. Finally you can errase the walls...

The method Constantin shows is the best way, here is a screencast i done last month for the same issue.

And as Constantin said, use a "Roof by Extrusion" for the curved roof, drawn in an Elevation/section

Hope this helsp
