Based on what appears to be a section, it looks like your quickest option would be to edit the profile of a wall.

First, draw your wall in plan, then go to an elevation or section where you can see the entire length of the wall.

Select the wall, and on the contextual tab you will see "Edit Profile"

Next, you will use the draw tools to alter what the wall looks like in elevation, then click on the green check box to complete your profile edit:

I would just Model as several In-Place Components using your DWG Linework as Pick Lines references.  You can Categorize the In-Place Component however you want (e.g. Walls, Foundations, etc.).  That would be the fastest and easiest way IMO.

That's exactly what I want,

Please, Is it possible to record a video of how to create that model?

Thanks

I've more than 20 Box culverts, so I want to learn the procedure to create the wing wall as you draw.

Why can't you create the wing walls as normal walls and edit profile to create the shape as needed as suggested by @EricaConcolino_Symetri ?

Do the wall with a Solid Extrusion - not Sweep - in Plan View. Then cut the wall angle with a Void Extrusion in Elevation.

Exactly the way I showed you in the file I sent you. Open that file and see how I did it.

Edit the in place wall and add the void, then cut geometry, then finish.
