How to create a slanted stair run?

Thanks dear, i already know this check box but i could link that it must be used with the nose value.

can u please advice regarding the fillet of the nose, how can i add it ?

I think you can get there via nosing profile.    

Yep, seems to work pretty well. Create via Nosing Profile.

NOTE: Slanted does not get checked if you use this approach. The Nosing is slanted.
