Filters are priortized as per arranged. so the topmost are the dominant and as you go down the consequent filters gets applied to the view.
You may move filter up or down. It can have only one instance.
example you can't have a filter saying
" hide particular wall type" and copy paste it and say
" show particular wall type in grey hatch pattern ".
If you go to Filter creation, Revit allows Copy/paste and recreate a particular filter and change the properties or just keep the copy. Probably that will help you have another copy , but I understant what you are looking for defeats the purpose of filters.
