how to connect beam and stair (concrete beam)

Hi pal , God bless you all
i have a problem with the beginning of my stair that having a gap with the beam 
so i cant place a rebar to it

i have'nt try that method yesterday, but i try to double the "extend below thread" value instead
is my step is good or not, does it affect the volume of work ?
