How do you create this Family?

How do you do this kind of family? 

in the Image there are only 2 parameters, h and b. but in the properties there are a number of parameters like W, lx, M etc. I tried editing the extrusion and the only parameter I found in the sketch is r (for radius)...

Tried changing the parameter values and it is working.

How do I do this type of parameters that are not constrained to the reference lines but still changes the extrusion?

In the Family Editor click on Reveal Constraints to see them
