How do you change thickness of the leader to an unassociated callout head?

I loaded an callout head from the annotations family to place an unassociated callout head. When I place a leader it is extremely thin. How do I change the thickness.  I don't know what to look for when I go to object styles.

you can go manage > additional settings > arrowheads > type properties and set from there. thanks

Thanks for the response but it's not the arrowhead that I have the issue. See the image, I'm trying to make the thickness of the leader line on the callout match the leader line thickness of the text leader.

Changing this setting did change the thickness of the leader lines on associated callouts. It had no effect on the generic unassociated head. The unassociated callout that I placed was done using SYMBOL from the symbol panel on the ANNOTATE tab. That has to be a different system family than associated callouts. I still can't find it.

I think I understand what you are doing now. 

You are adding a Leader to a Symbol in the Project, and that Symbol Family's Line Work is assigned to a custom Subcategory which uses a thicker weight than the Generic Annotation Leader Line  in the Project.  

I have a suggestion for you that you may like better:  Don't change the Symbol Line Work in the Family.  Leave it on the Parent Category and using the Parent Category's Line Weight and Pattern.  Instead, use Overide Graphics in View: By Element(s) to change the Line Weight of both the Leader and the Symbol together.   You could even set up a View Filter to do this.   

I can readily see where changing the Category Line Weight for the entire View could be problematic.
