You can create a slanted wall with an in-place mass or wall by face. Google "revit slanted wall" and you will find quite a few instructional videos for both methods.
You can't draw this wall by normal way so you may create a( mass) and place it as you want and give only one side of mass any slope you want then go to (wall by face ) and pick the side that you gave a slope after that delete the mass
