How do I scale this round sink?

How do I scale this sink to fit within a 18" counter?

I understand the sink isn't parametric and it seems very difficult to adjust the family to scale it down.
Wondering if anybody has advice for the best way to do what I'm asking?

Use a smaller Sink.  

Go to BIMObject.com and search for one if you don't have one in your Content Library.

Download these two files, put them in the exact same location and then load the RFA into your Project and see the Type Catalog magic happen before your very eyes.  

Note: both files must remain the EXACT SAME name for the magic to happen.  Only difference in naming should be in their extension (e.g. txt and rfa).
