Change view scale.

...and turn off Thin Lines.

...BTW: Brick is a MODEL Pattern.

Brick isn't going to show "detail" when you zoom out really far.  Basically, no difference from the real world.

Isn't that the same question I answered above?

...if you want a consistent surface pattern, use a DRAFTING Pattern.

Revit omits dense pattern on screen when zooming out for performance reason.  If you want to print the view out with pattern then give it a larger scale and increase the PDF output resolution.

Crop the view and zoom extent.

Are you using a drafting or model pattern for the surface pattern of the brick material?  Please show the graphic tab of the material definition.

Can you make out all the individual bricks in this photograph?  No, of course, you can't.  But they are there. Thousands of them.

You are using a drafting pattern as shown in your screenshot so it will not present correctly the brick pattern.

Use a model pattern instead.

When I do Model brick, I zoom out and brick is not clear but when I zoom in closely it is fine see pic.

You realize that, if the pattern showed when zoomed out, it'll just make the drawing black right? That's (one of) the reason(s) they disappear.

You're missing the point that, even though you think you want them, you really don't want those lines showing when zoomed out.
