how do I import points into revit?

hi, I got from the survayor a points file, that is not only terrain but a whole bunch of other things.

I would just like to see those points in revit. :::????

I use dynamo to place points (which are basically a family) at Coordinates....You can also go through Autocad or  Civil 3D generate the points from the CSV file and link that 3D file into Revit

Sadly if you have a lot of lines and text, Revit won't show those points. Other time Revit will show if points when there isn't much text. Screenshot below shows those odd behavior.

Also I would use AutoCAD to extract those points using DATAEXTRACTION.

Hi, @Anonymous, if you have the points in a CSV file, just create a toposurface (from Massing & Site ribbon), select the 'Create from import', option 'Specify points file'. If don't, convert the file to CSV, there are plenty of options, for example:
