How do i disable selecting elements from the floor below?

Hello,
I have 2 problems:
1. How do i disable selecting items from the floor below? It is very frustrating, i can't box select something and delete it because things from the floor below (like groups, room tags etc) are deleted too.
2. How do i disable showing room colors (from room colors scheme) from the floor below? It makes looking at the plan very hard.

I can't find the answer, one thing I found is to set the underlay to "None" but it doesn't help - I still see colors and can select items from the floor below.

you can try this, go to section view > use TAB to select the room area > adjust limit offset drag below your underside of your slab above or check your view range setting value? and see if helps. thanks
