How do I change the default Level for my Ceilings?

I am new at creating ceilings. It's quiet easy except for ONE thing. After clicking on the "Ceiling" button, and I pick either "Automatic" or "Sketch", I then go and make sure the "Level" is correct. I  change it from "Low Roof" to "level 1" which is where I want it. I then successfully create a ceiling in one room. BUT, each time I start a ceiling, I have to go back and change the Level from "Low Roof' to "Level 1". EACH TIME. I'm told that it is something I have to do each & every time. I want to know how to  change the default level from "Low Roof" to "Level 1" Any ideas out there?

-Set Workplane to Level 1

Architecture Tab>Workplane>Set>Name

-Then place ceilings.
