How do I add a basement?

I need to add a basement to my building so how do I do that PS i talking a bottom level (exp:

——————————second floor

——————————First floor

—————————Bottom floor (basement)

)

For basement the level would be added at a -tive level. So if First Floor is at 0, Basement will be at -something.

In a section / elevation view, add the level.

View>>Plan Views>>Floor Plan

You will be prompted to select a level. Select the Basement.

open an elevation view copy the level designation and define the distance below the First Floor you want it to be.

then create you floor plan and Ceiling Plan views for that level.
