How can some power symbols stand up?

Hello

 

     Some power symbols are laying down, how they can stand up?

    put them on the one side of base cabinet.

I don't think so. The ones that laying down are definitely not hosted by a vertical side of a cabinet, but a horizontal surface.  Share your revit model here.

Oh Legend view, so you cannot rotate it.  I suggest to load a equivalent wall based family and place them in the legend view instead; or create an empty wall based family, nest the face family and place it on the host wall, load this wall based family to the project and use it in the legend.
