How can I move a linked file (building) in a master file (site) withount moving the pbp?

I am working on a master site plan file with 4 individual buildings linked on the file. I want to move one of the buildings 1m to the left without moving the pbp that moves all the other buildings as well?

Why can't you select the link and move it?

I don't understand your reference to the PBP.  The Parent Project PBP has nothing to do with Link positioning.  Can you elaborate?   

...Just move the Link 1m and reconcile the new position. Revit will prompt you. Press Save at the prompt. That not work for you?
