How can I model this shape?

Hey all,

I'm new to Revit, and trying to remodel some parts from another program.  I've isolated this part here in Blender, and I can't figure out how to do it.  As you can see, that lower edge is narrower than the back of the shape, so it tapers in.  I've tried using the Blend extrusion but it didn't work out.  I thought cutting the shape into 2 parts would work where that lower edge is.  I apologize if my description is unclear.

check this demo video I tried to create it in model in place used generic model, but you have to specify the category for it for ex walls rather than generic model try to use reference plane south view elevation

Thank you very much!  I had to use the Cut tool under Geometry to make it actually cut, but now I see how voids work.  Thanks for the video 🙌
