How Can i Link my plot area in to Gross Area Schedule?

I am creating a FAR area calculation chart, in that i want to divide my Gross floor area by my Plot area but i can't find any way to bring or link my plot area into my area schedule, I don't want to put it manually...Can anyone help.?

You can create a project parameter called "PlotArea", then using BIM Link export excel schedule for all rooms area include the Plot Area Parameter,

Filter the data or pivot them in excel, then Simply you can calculate your FAR:

Floor area ratio = Gross Floor Area / (Area of the plot).

You could add a Calculated Value to your schedule to represent the FAR.  Just enter the Plot Area directly in the formula:  Gross Area / [whatever your Plot Area is].  It is a one time deal and Plot Area most likely never changes so I don't see it is a big problem.

Thanks, but I have 60 plot and since it's in conceptual stage, it keeps on changing.
