I already tried creating a family with a "Metric Generic Model face based" template and nesting the sink family and then create the void, but when i load it to the project it has some parameter conflicts.. but why? If I could perfectly load the sink on the project. I attached the family

Okay, I believe you. I'd download the family but I can't understand the foreign language interface.  But, the rfa you posted doesn't have any Revit characteristics.  It's just plain weird.  Sorry I can't help you.

No issue, just create a void to cut the face in the face based family.

I must have been spacing out last night.  There's nothing crappy about this Family at all.  In fact, it's pretty nice.  I think it was originally done in 3D Max.   @bin is spot on.  You can place a Void in the Family to cut the Host in the Project, or you can cut the Host directly, or use one that already has an opening.  Revit has countertop Families with parametric openings.

I placed a couple of Void Cuts in the Family that are sized per the manufacturer's specifications for this particular model. See the attached Family. I added Parameters for the Void Cuts, as  well as a URL Parameter that Links to the PDF I obtained the dimensions from.

Is this what you mean, @ennujozlagam ?

BTW @Caed9 , I revised sink family to make top void deeper for recessed installations.  See attached.

Yeah what I get was that you create void on family editor. but then I do not know how to cut it through once on the project. is it with the simple cut geometry tool?

no, you can't cut in your project once loaded, you have to cut from your family itself. thanks

Void in Family will cut countertop in Project using Cut Geometry tool.  Place a checkmark in the box next the "Cuts with Void When Loaded" in the Family.

If your sink family is a face based family, simply edit it and use the void to cut the host solid.  Then when you load it in project,  place it on the countertop, it will cut the counter automatically.
