Housing Development with Revit LT

I'm unsure whether I need Revit Lt or Full, and would appreciate some guidance on whether the following are possible within Revit LT:-

- Is it possible to create separate models for different house types, and then link them into a separate masterplan model (multiple times for each, with different positions/orientations/handings)?

- Is there differences in the topography capabilities?  Can point levels be placed and manipulated on topography in LT?

- Similar question for floors: Can point levels be adjusted to create ramps, or manipulate floor levels (falls to hard landscaping, for example);

- Are the stair edit by sketch functions available in LT?

Everything except you 3rd point of wanting to "shape edit" floor elements is possible in Revit LT.
