Holes in roof

I am working on my roof plan, and I can't get rid of these holes. I got this view by setting the view range at 50'.

They aren't there on any other view...

Are there any shaft in a different phase?  Set the phase filter to None and see,

Also, turn on plan regions and see if you have any there.

If you tab-select those holes, what element shows up in the Properties Palette?

It doesn't give me the option of changing the phase filter to none,

How do I turn on plan regions?

I can't select them. When I delete the roof that they run through they disappear... If I move the entire roof they also disappear.

That did it, there was something hidden that I couldn't click on. I showed all hidden elements then I was able to click on it and delete it. Thanks!
