It says 0'0".
Post a screenshot of a section view through that "hole".
...or post the RVT.
Show the area around the hole in 3d, wireframe, turn Room separation lines on.
Do you see the hole if you create a brand new floor plan view of the level?
a drafter added room separation lines to an always-hidden workset used for PL extents. Turned the workset on and the lines were immediately visible. deleting fixed the problem.
