CAN I HIDE THIS LEVEL LINE? 

I WANNA MAKE ONLY #1 VISIBLE AND NOT #2

If it is just for that view, you can simply select the level >> Right click >> Hide in View >> Elements

If you want to hide certain levels on several views...you can create a view filter (which you could also add to the View Template if you wish)

1. You can either use an existing built-in parameter of the Levels Category (Such as Building Story or Structural) 
2. Or you can use a custom/user created Project Parameter (Manage >> Project Parameters >> Add a new Instance parameter and assign it to the Category Level) - ex: a yes/no "Level Filter"
3. Create a view Filter and use the yes/no project parameter you created in step 2
4. Set the condition to equals: yes
5. Go to the view >> type VV for visibility graphics and under Filters tab Add that filter
6. Uncheck the box under visibility and Apply
7. Select the levels you want to filter out/hide and in the properties box check/yes the parameter "Hide levels" which you added in step 2
8. Uncheck the box under visibility

Uncheck the box under visibility

Can you not switch the Levels to 2D extent and grip stretch the line?
