@Anonymous Welcome to the Autodesk forum!

I found the following thread that looks like it may be on a similar issue: Trouble with Student Verification

I'm seeing a link to the EDU licensing support here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form

Also, a suggestion to use the following link and request a product to get to the verification site:  https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured

I would suggest trying the second link first, and if you run into difficulties with the verification process, use the first link above to report the issue.

I think this is what you might be referring to. If not, can you please provide clearer explanation of what you are looking for? your request is a bit vague.

the free software is only for schools, teachers, students

see info here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/education-program/who-can-join

Autodesk doesn't offer free licenses for hobbyists that want to use revit

sadly I do think that is the case. The student licenses are for high school and college enrolled students and instructors. It is great that you want to learn. But sadly a few bad apples have ruined it for everyone. Too many people were taking advantage of the program so Autodesk had to put some stricter controls on the educational license.
